If you don’t have a verified PayPal account, there is a limit to how much money you can send – it is about AU$4,000 in Australia, but less in other countries. For greater amounts, you can either pay by credit card above (no limit) or open your own free PayPal account. Click on the link, select your country and click on: “Sign Up Now”. Then verify your PayPal account by linking it to one of your existing bank accounts (in your country). Any payment limits will be removed.
Refund/Return Policy: All retainer payments and donations are non-refundable (i.e. no returns). Details of benefits are available in the current “Support Our Cause” document available on request.
Delivery Instructions and Timeframes: We are unable to guarantee any settlement or timeframes because this depends on factors outside of our control. It is essential that clients keep their contact details (especially email address) up to date with FRCS. Updates and notifications will be by email to the current email address. If you do not receive regular updates it is important that you contact us with your current best email address.
